These terms govern your use of IndexVexa, a URL indexing submission platform operated by Chivexa Media. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IndexVexa, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
IndexVexa lets you submit URLs for search engine indexing without verifying ownership of the underlying domain, using a credit-based system where one credit covers one URL submission. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, whether or when any destination search engine actually indexes a submitted URL — that decision and timeline belong entirely to the search engine.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts may be created with an email and password, or via Google sign-in.
4. Credits
Credits are purchased through a plan and consumed as you submit URLs — one credit per submission. New accounts may receive a welcome bonus of free credits. Any expiry terms that apply to a specific plan's credits are shown at checkout before you purchase.
5. URL Submissions
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any URL you send through the service. A credit is deducted when a URL is submitted for processing, regardless of the outcome the destination search engine ultimately reaches.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use IndexVexa to submit URLs you don't have the right to submit, to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. API Usage
Business plans may include API access. API keys are personal to your account, must be kept confidential, and can be restricted to specific IP addresses and revoked at any time from your dashboard. You're responsible for all activity performed using your API keys.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. Prices are set per plan and shown before you pay. Credits are added to your balance once a payment is confirmed as successful.
9. Refunds
Credit purchases are generally final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion — for example, where a payment was made in error or a technical failure prevented credits from being delivered. Contact us if you believe you're owed a refund.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, including revoking API keys, for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep IndexVexa available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.
12. Third-Party Services
IndexVexa relies on third-party services — including Razorpay for payments, Google for optional sign-in, and the destination search engines' own indexing APIs — to operate. We're not responsible for the availability, decisions, or performance of these third-party services.
13. Intellectual Property
IndexVexa, its branding, and its underlying software are the property of Chivexa Media. You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit through the service.
14. User Responsibilities
You're responsible for the URLs you submit, the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and complying with applicable law when using the service.
15. Disclaimers
IndexVexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any submitted URL will be indexed, ranked, or crawled by any search engine, or within any particular timeframe.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexVexa and Chivexa Media are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of traffic, rankings, or revenue.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
