Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IndexVexa, an SEO and website tools platform. Certain advanced services, including URL indexing, may be introduced in future releases. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IndexVexa, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
Currently available: 113+ free SEO tools, usable without signup, and account functionality (sign up, log in, manage your account). Coming soon: a URL indexing platform, letting you submit URLs for search engine indexing without verifying ownership of the underlying domain, along with paid plans, indexing credits, and API access. You cannot currently submit URLs for indexing through IndexVexa. Once that service is available, we will not control, and cannot guarantee, whether or when any destination search engine actually indexes a submitted URL — that decision and timeline will belong entirely to the search engine.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts may be created with an email and password, or via Google sign-in.
4. Free Tools
The free SEO tools available on IndexVexa are provided free of charge and do not require an account. The available tools, their features, and their limits (for example, per-check URL limits) may change over time.
5. Credits
Credit-based services may be introduced for certain paid features in future releases. Any applicable pricing, credit consumption, expiry, or purchase terms will be disclosed before purchase. No credits can currently be purchased or used.
6. URL Submissions
URL submission for indexing is not currently available. When URL indexing services become available, additional terms may apply to URL submissions, including your responsibility for ensuring you have the right to submit any URL you send through the service, and applicable usage restrictions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Once URL indexing is available, this also covers not submitting URLs you don't have the right to submit.
8. API Usage
API access is not currently available. It may be offered with future paid services — if enabled, API-specific terms and limits will apply, and any API keys issued to you would be personal to your account, must be kept confidential, and could be revoked at any time.
9. Payments
No paid IndexVexa services are currently purchasable. When paid services become available, payments will be processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay; prices will be set per plan and shown before you pay.
10. Refunds
There are no currently purchasable paid services, so no refund requests apply today. Once paid services launch, purchases will generally be final; refunds may be issued at our discretion — for example, where a payment was made in error or a technical failure prevented a paid feature from being delivered. Contact us if you believe you're owed a refund.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep IndexVexa available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.
13. Third-Party Services
IndexVexa uses Google for optional sign-in today. Razorpay for payments, and the destination search engines' own indexing APIs, will be used to operate future paid services and URL indexing once those are available. We're not responsible for the availability, decisions, or performance of these third-party services.
14. Intellectual Property
IndexVexa, its branding, and its underlying software are the property of IndexVexa. You retain all rights to content you submit through the service.
15. User Responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure, and complying with applicable law when using the service — and, once available, for the URLs you submit and any API keys issued to you.
16. Disclaimers
IndexVexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. When URL indexing services become available, IndexVexa will not guarantee that any submitted URL will be indexed, ranked, crawled, or indexed within a particular timeframe.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexVexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of traffic, rankings, or revenue.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
